🔥 DAY 1 – TRAINING
The first day was all about training and riding technique, divided into three groups:
BIKE 1: Relaxation, vision, feeling the motorcycle, correct braking and mental preparation.
BIKE 2: Developing these skills further with focus on relaxation, vision, racing line, self-awareness and having a clear plan.
🏁 RACE 3 – Introduction to track riding
For experienced riders who enjoy riding fast and want to get into trackdays. The group was limited to 2 riders and led by an instructor.
Focus areas: hanging-off technique, body position, loading the footrests and important tips and preparation for a first trackday.
Highlight: Race Analysis with the virtual coach, followed by a personal review with the instructor.
Most Race 3 riders already have tyre warmers and ride on slicks or grooved slicks.
