You have the right to revoke your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we have all payments that we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs, which result from the fact that you choose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have to repay), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day, on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received. They bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the quality, properties and functionality of the goods not necessary to deal with them.

End of the cancellation policy

(1) The right of withdrawal does not exist in the case of delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination of the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. T-shirts with their photo and Your name), with the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if your seal has been removed after delivery or when delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal is available the delivery was removed.

(2) Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, please send the goods back to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components.
